Learn to read Japanese!

As some of you may know I'll be making a trip to Japan soon. I can already make myself understandable verbally but I can not yet read Japanese.
One of the reasons I never started learning the writing is because there are so many characters to learn and there isn't really an easy way to learn them.
So I thought I'd make a game! 
The game is simple. You will see a Japanese character*. Below it you will see three sounds, only one sound is correct.
If you click the correct sound you will see a green whatchamacallit [Jaru, it's called a box], otherwise a red one.
You will start of at level 1, at level 1 you have 3 different characters that you must remember. If you manage to give 6 correct answers in a row you will go to Level 2.
At level 2 you will get one more character to remember, if you get 8 correct answers in a row you will go to Level 3 and so on.
I haven't yet figured out what happens when you've get to level 72, something will probably break 
So far I've added the first part of the hiragana-romaji table. I may add more later.

Somehow BoxTorrents has been flagged as a badware site, this is probably caused by one of the ads.
The good news is that all ads are disabled until we resolve this issue with our advertiser.
The bad news is that I don't know how long it will take for that malicious warning to disappear. I have already submitted the site for review (with ads disabled).

Hello boys and girls,
Rudolph just whispered in my ear that the sleigh is nearly packed. He can hardly wait to lead the reindeer with my sleigh full of toys on our long trip to visit the homes of good boys and girls. The elves are busy putting bows and ribbons on the last of the presents.
I just had to take a minute to write to you and tell you that Santa's elves have prepared a very special present for the boys and girls of BoxTorrents.
Starting the 19th of December somewhere around midnight all torrents will be freeleech until the 4th of January.
